Gateway - Sample Sharing between brands & agencies

Enabling Gateway between yourselves and another Launchmetrics client, saves you valuable time otherwise spent importing seasonal samples, maintains consistency of sample data including descriptions and imagery, streamlines samples trafficking and coordination, efficient sample returns and more accurate and transparent client reporting.

Gateway actions

When you have Gateway enabled on your Launchmetrics site, you will see "Gateway actions" through-out your site, particularly in Delivery memo's and Send outs. The most common message you will see in a delivery is "Automatic Gateway Delivery".

Automatic Gateway Delivery

This message will appear when a send out has been generated automatically once a sample has been returned back to it's original department (the department that original loaned the sample).

Example: 
Department A sends a samples to Department B. Department B uses the samples, and then sends the sample back to Department A, OR Department A returns the sample back. This will trigger the automatic transfer and present you with the message "Automatic Gateway Delivery"
