The Collaborative Seating chart gives your departments more flexibility with invitee management for the events. While the Event owner remains in control of the allocations and keeps sensitive information secure.

Collaborate with other departments to manage event seating in a more transparent, efficient, and conflict-free manner

Allocate seats to specific departments and/or categories

Assign colors to each department and category to simplify the 

Ensure sensitive data remains private
