Copying samples into your Inventory from Master List

Think of the Master List as your product catalogue. The Master List is department agnostic and requires a single unique identifier. The default unique identifier is SKU, but you can choose whatever code you prefer.

Master List can only be enabled by your Launchmetrics Admin.

  1. Navigate to your Samples Manager
  2. Switch your “Inventory Status” to “Master List”
  3. Search for your Samples using your fields provided in your Search Wizard.

Please note, if the fields you are looking for are not available, please click “Search Layout Preferences” to add or remove fields.

Queueing your Samples

Please note that once you queue your Samples, this will stick until you have cleared your queue. Please keep this in mind to avoid copying Samples into your inventory by mistake!
