Customising QR codes

QR code customisation is managed on a per-event basis. This means each event has its own dedicated QR code settings. To get started:

  • Go to the Events Manager
From the main navigation menu, open the Events Manager section.

  • Select Your Event
Browse the list of events and click on the one you’d like to customise the QR code for.

  • Open the QR Code Customisation Panel
From the event view, open the dropdown menu and select Customise QR code.

  • Access the Customisation Options
A side panel will slide into view, showing all available customisation settings for your QR code.

  • Choose Your Customisations
Within the customisation panel, you’ll see several options to personalise your QR code:

    • Background color – Set the color that appears behind the QR code pattern.

    • Data color – Adjust the color of the QR code pattern itself (the dots/squares that carry the data).

    • Eye/Marker shape – Select the style of the three corner markers (often called “eyes”) that help scanners read the code.

    • Data shape – Change the shape of the individual modules (dots or squares) within the QR code.

    • Logo – Upload a logo to be placed in the center of your QR code for branding.

  • Adding a Logo (Optional)
If you choose to upload a logo, you’ll see an additional option: Add spacing around the logo.

    • Enabling this creates a clear zone around the logo so it stands out and remains easy to scan.

    • If you leave it off, the QR code’s data pattern will continue behind the logo.

  • Save Your Custom QR Code
Once you’re happy with the design, click Save. Your customised QR code will be generated and ready to use.

These customizations apply to mailings and exports only, as Apple Wallet doesn’t support design changes.
