Importing Multiple Companies
In this article you will learn how to add Multiple Companies to Contacts.
- Navigate to the Import Contacts tab
Download and fill out the Companies template. Department and Company Name are mandatory. Please also note that you cannot move or delete any columns in these templates!
- Once complete, navigate back to the "Import Contacts" Tab
- Under Import Type, select "Companies" from the drop-down menu
- Click on Browse, locate your Excel template, and click the "Import" button
- If there are any import errors, you will be redirected to the corresponding tab where the issues can be reviewed and corrected.
Once the import is successfully completed, the company records will be automatically published to your database.
