✨ New! Insert Content for Online Media in Discover
You can now add missing online articles to your Discover feeds yourself, one URL at a time or hundreds at once. Discover retrieves each article, enriches it with brand, industry and MIV like the rest of your coverage, and tells you why it was missing in the first place.
🎯 Why This Matters
When an article was missing from your feed, getting it in was a slow process, that often required escalation via CS or Support and you rarely knew why it had been missed unless the issue was further escalated to Data Ops. That made it hard to trust your coverage was complete or to spot recurring gaps.
With this release, you can close those gaps in minutes and see the reason behind each one.
✅ What's New
1. Insert Content: paste URLs or upload a CSV
From the three-dot menu on your feeds page, select Insert Content > Online media. Paste up to 500 URLs and apply the same brand, industry, country or other details to all of them. Or upload a CSV to add larger batches and set different details for each article. Discover flags URLs that are already in the feed, malformed or duplicated before you submit.

2. Import details on every article
Click any imported article in your feed to see its batch ID, import date and why it was missing, right in the side panel.
3. Batch Imports filter
A new Batch Imports filter lets you see all the articles from a specific upload in one click.
4. Imports page and report
Track every upload from Imports in your tenant menu, with its status and progress. Download a report for any batch to see the result for each URL, why it was missing and what we did to fix it.
🔎 What This Enables
- More complete coverage: add any article you find missing, without waiting.
- Nothing gets lost: if an article can't be processed or is no longer online, a placeholder placement is still created for you to review.
- Fewer repeat gaps: knowing why articles were missing helps you and your CSM spot and fix recurring issues.
