Launchmetrics has made the decision after careful consideration, to discontinue GPS Radar, our members-only community for fashion professionals. This will be effective on the 8th July 2024.  This decision comes as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our services and enhance our offerings to better meet the needs of the Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty industries. 

With this in mind, if you are a Launchmetrics Events user there is no impact for your invitees. They will still be able to RSVP via your own RSVP portal across your events.

 

Industry Lists has disappeared from my account, where can I find it?

GPS Radar will be discontinued on the 8th July. As Industry lists data is pulled from GPS Radar this will also not be available. This would have been communicated to you by your Customer Success Manager. How do I stop my invitees from seeing all the Events they are invited to? I only want them to see 1 invite per invitation

This is definitely someting you can do, however there are benefits of Events being on one page such as increasing visibility of your team/agency's events. If you would still like to go ahead with this we can toggle a setting on your site which will make your RSVP portal “Department based”. This would mean you'd need to create different departments to manage your events. To find out more please reach out to your CSM or email the support team on support@launchmetrics.com

 
 

My Brand section has disappeared when I am creating an Event. How do I make my Event visible on my brand Page on GPS Radar?

GPS Radar will be discontinued on the 8th July. As the Brand Section in Events is pulled from GPS Radar this will also not be available. This would have been communicated to you by your Customer Success Manager.
