We are thrilled to introduce our beta feature: Event Collaboration, is now available to all! Designed to streamline event management across multiple teams or departments, this feature empowers you to coordinate all aspects of your events seamlessly on one platform.


With Event Collaboration, you can simplify your event management process. This feature allows you to have Events Owners who act as the admins, overseeing the entire event and managing invitees across all collaborators. Each Collaborator can independently manage their own invitee list, ensuring smooth operation and clear responsibilities.


For professionals in the Fashion, Luxury, and Beauty industries, where event success is critical, Event Collaboration offers key advantages:

  • Centralized Management: The Events Owner has full control over all invitees, while collaborators manage their specific invitee lists, ensuring everyone stays organized and on track.
  • Enhanced Team Coordination: Facilitates real-time collaboration among different teams, making it easy for everyone to contribute to the event planning process without stepping on each other toes. Collaborators can manage their invitee lists, ensuring that everyone has clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Invitee Privacy Control: Collaborators manage their invitee lists independently, and you can choose to maintain the privacy and security of invitee information with the Invitee Privacy option.
