1. Enhanced Courier Details in Send-Out Reports & Manager

Gain complete visibility of your courier information directly within your Send-Out workflows:

• Effortlessly search and filter send-outs by courier in Send-Out Manager.
• Personalize your result layouts to prominently display courier information.
• Export courier details seamlessly through Excel templates.

2. Direct Courier Editing from Delivery Documents:

Update courier details quickly and efficiently right where you need it:

• Directly select or update couriers from the delivery document itself, eliminating the need to navigate back to the Send-Out Manager.
• Templates owners can now add courier information seamlessly using a merge tag in the document headers.
• Important: This functionality is available only in the latest Delivery Document Manager.

3. Courier Selection During Request Creation

Enhance your workflow by selecting couriers at the request stage:

• Choose your courier directly within the shipping details section when creating requests.
• Easily locate and view courier details through optimized search and results layouts in the Request Manager.
• Note: Currently, courier data will not be included in request reports or accessible through the API.
