✅ Export your Delivery Document to Excel

You can now export any Delivery Document as an editable Excel file, in addition to PDF and the Samples List export.

The Editable File (Excel) export gives you a fully editable version of your delivery document, so you can:

Adjust it without pushing to Samples — tweak quantities, descriptions, or details directly in the spreadsheet.
Share it with partners — hand off a clean, editable file to logistics, customs, or warehouse teams who work in Excel.
Reuse the data — pull figures into your own reports, trackers, or templates.

How to export

From a Delivery Document, click Export (bottom-right) and choose one of the following:

PDF — a print-ready, non-editable version of the delivery document.
Samples List (Excel) — a structured list of the samples included, ideal for filtering and reporting.
Editable File (Excel) — the full delivery document as an editable spreadsheet, useful for reconciliation, edits, or sharing with logistics partners.
