How to delete contacts

In order to better protect against users accidentally deleting contacts, there is a 2 step process in order to hard delete a Contact.

In order to delete a Contact, you must follow the following steps:

• In Contact Manager first Archive the contact from the drop-down options next to it
   

• Hover over the Contacts tab and navigate to the Data Privacy Manager to find your archived contact, and delete it
   

NOTE: Once a contact is deleted from the Data Privacy Manager, their data will be permanently erased from the platform.
