What's new?

 🗓 1. Date Filter Presets

You can now choose from date presets when viewing your charts — just like you already do in Reports. It allows to quickly switch between commonly used periods like

  • Current Month
  • Current Quarter
  • Current Year
  • Previous Month
  • Previous Quarter
  • Previous Year

Please note that this preset is available across all focuses except for the Industry focus.

📣 2. Hyperlinked Voices to Channels

In Voice Focus, the profiles for each Voice (e.g., influencers, media, celebrities, partner) now include direct hyperlinks to their associated online and social channels. On hover, the channel will change color to indicate that it is clickable (As shown in the image below).

Please note that the hyperlinked voices are only available for Online and Social channels. PRINT channel is not included.

Logic Improvement

3. Standardised logic for empty, zero and undefined values

We’ve aligned the display logic for empty, zero and undefined values in tables and dashboards to avoid misinterpretation. Here's how it works:

Displayed Value

Interpretation

“ – ”

We display “–” when there’s no information stored in the system.

For example, if likes are hidden on a post, we can’t calculate its engagement rate, as this value is required for the formula (as shown in the image).

“ 0 ”

The value 0 is used to indicate no change in a metric (e.g., evolution as shown in the image), or when the actual value of the metric is zero.

For example, if a brand has no placements, the value shown will be 0. Similarly, if there’s no change in a metric — such as when calculating evolution and the rank remains the same across both periods — the result will also be displayed as 0.

“ N/A ”

"N/A" (Not Applicable) indicates that the metric is either irrelevant in this context or cannot be calculated.

For example, calculating YoY Placements or YoY MIV requires data from the previous year and current year. In the image below, all the brands have 0 placements & MIV in both years or the previous year, which means the YoY % change or evolution cannot be calculated and will return an undefined value.
